Our principle is simple: « everything is proposed, nothing is imposed ». You have the possibility to choose freely your activities from our activity programme. A few suggestions:
In the morning:
- Breakfast time in your suite.
- Departure to the Roquefort caves : visit of the « Société » caves, followed by a cheese tasting.
- Lunch in an arched restaurant inside the Roquefort caves.
In the afternoon
- Walk on the edge of the Larzac plateau: discovery of wild flora, protected orchids or rare bird species.
In the evening
- Dinner at le mas de Salel : stuffed courgettes, roasted duck, gratin, cheese plate, home made apple pie (for an overview of our menus please click here).
